Accounts Receivable Supervisor (Temporary Position)
The Role:
We are collaborating with an international creative studio who are actively seeking an Accounts Receivable Supervisor to join them on a temporary basis. The studio specialises in pioneering design projects on a global scale.
Within this role, your responsibilities will focus on the dependable, precise, and timely handling of the studio’s accounts receivables. You will also contribute to finance process enhancement initiatives and serve as the primary liaison for client billing matters between internal stakeholders and our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
- Timely and accurate issuance of sales invoices
- Post invoices in finance and project systems
- Monthly billing reconciliation and analysis
- Lead weekly meetings with project managers
- Collaborate with Contracts team on billing schedules
- Address client queries and overdue invoices
- Supervise reimbursable expense processing and invoicing
- Ensure accurate reconciliation of reimbursable costs
- Review billing schedules for new projects
- Monitor foreign exchange calculations for non-GBP income
- Perform monthly currency rate forecasting
- Cultivate relationships with studio members and clients
- Document project billing requirements and processes
- Reconcile finance and project systems monthly
Key Skills:
- Accounts receivable experience required
- Familiar with Sage 200 and Rapport 3
- Progress toward professional qualification or accounting degree
- Proficient in Excel
- Strong attention to detail with meticulous organisation
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Previous experience working in the creative or design industry background is preferred
- Experience working in a project-based company is beneficial
