The Role:

A rising architectural practice, renowned for their adept handling of sensitive adaptive re-use projects, are actively seeking a skilled Architect with demonstrated experience in overseeing projects through the construction phases. The studio places strong emphasis on fostering internal collaboration and forging meaningful client connections.

Within this position, you will have the opportunity to engage in a diverse array of projects within the retrofit sector, encompassing workplace, mixed-use, and commercial.

This role is an excellent opportunity to join a highly accomplished team and take on a crucial role in design-centric, UK-based projects. It offers the chance of gaining first-hand exposure to on-site schemes within the local context.

Key Responsibilities:

• Participate actively in all design stages
• Support design reviews with management
• Generate packages across different project phases
• Collaborate with external consultants and broader architectural team

Key Skills:

• ARB-registered Architect
• Proficient in Revit, AutoCAD, and Adobe Suite
• Over 3 years of post-graduate experience
• Engaged in projects from stages 3 to 6
• Familiar with retrofit schemes
• Comprehensive understanding of UK building regulations
