Architect (Residential + Hospitality)

The Role:

One of London’s leading studios who specialise within the hospitality industry are looking for a meticulous Architect to join their social and friendly team.

With prior experience in residential and hospitality projects, you would be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day tasks of projects from design development to technical delivery stages with the support of fellow architects and designers within the team.

This is a brilliant opportunity to gain exposure into projects both within the UK and internationally and expand on your creative abilities within a collaborative team who support great work culture and work/life balance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate between clients, consultants and the wider team to ensure the smooth running of concept and schematic stages within the projects
• Delegate construction documentation along with presentation material that comply with the practice’s brand
• Collaborate and coordinate with the Project Interior Designers and the FF&E team to ensure consistency and the highest level of meticulousness across projects
• Display firm knowledge on contract and construction documentation
• Provide an overview to ensure deadlines are met

Key Skills:

• Degree in a relevant field
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Adobe and Microsoft Office
• Knowledge of Rhino is advantageous
• Excellent attention to detail
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
