Architect / Senior BIM Manager

The Role:

We are partnering with an international, multidisciplinary architecture and interior design company in London who are looking for a confident Architect with experience in large scale transport projects using Bentley Projectwise CDE to join them on a permanent basis.

The company are employee owned and offer a social, collaborative, and friendly culture. They pride themselves on their fun yet hardworking ethos and although they are a large practice, they still like to maintain a ‘family feel’. This is an exciting opportunity to demonstrate your passion for design and technical expertise, while reporting to the Project Director on delivering reputable projects.

Key Skills:

• A qualified Architect (RIBA, ARB or equivalent) with working knowledge on UK Building regulations, and construction types.
• Microstation and BIM Bentley OBD experience are essential.
• Experience working on transportation projects on Bentley Projectwise CDE.
• Meticulous in nature with excellent presentation skills both verbally and visually.
• A high level of BIM standards and procedures.
• Excellent knowledge of NBS Building and NBS Create specification systems.
• Ability to collaborate between clients, contractors and multi-disciplinary design teams.
