About The Role:

A prestigious, award-winning architecture firm known for its innovative and iconic projects are seeking a dynamic Architecture BIM Specialist to join their New York office. This role is ideal for a professional who excels in integrating advanced BIM technologies into large, complex architectural projects on a global scale.

As the Architecture BIM Specialist, you will play a key role in enhancing the firm’s design processes by utilizing tools like Revit, Dynamo, and Rhino/Grasshopper. You’ll collaborate closely with design teams to ensure that BIM methodologies are effectively implemented, driving project success from concept to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the integration and application of BIM technologies across diverse architectural projects
• Mentor junior BIM specialists, providing guidance and fostering technical growth within the team
• Support project teams in BIM production, ensuring compliance with industry best practices
• Develop and refine workflows to enhance the interoperability of design and documentation tools
• Stay updated with the latest developments in digital design and BIM technologies, ensuring the firm remains at the forefront of the industry

Key Skills/Requirements:

• 5-10 years of professional experience in architecture with a focus on BIM technologies
• Advanced skills in Revit, Dynamo, Rhino, and other BIM-related tools
• Proven experience in leading BIM initiatives on complex, large-scale projects
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with a passion for mentoring and developing talent
• A proactive, innovative mindset with a keen interest in the evolution of design technologies
