About The Role:

Do you have an eye for talent, a knack for building strong relationships, and a passion for architecture and design? The Crowd is looking for a motivated and results-driven Architecture Recruitment Specialist to join our fun, collaborative, and welcoming team!

Working closely with the wider team, you will play a pivotal role in sourcing, placing, and nurturing architectural talent at all levels. You’ll manage the full recruitment lifecycle—from identifying top candidates to building strong client relationships—while collaborating with some of the most prestigious names in the architecture world. This role could suit either a recruiter from the A&D sector or someone with experience in the architecture and design industry who is interested in the world of recruitment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from sourcing to placement and beyond. Providing a consultative and collaborative all-round service
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with both clients and candidates
  • Work closely with architectural practices to understand their hiring needs
  • Proactively source, screen, and interview candidates to build a robust talent pipeline
  • Offer strategic advice on market trends, salary benchmarks, and hiring best practices
  • Attend client meeting and industry events and network to further expand The Crowd’s presence in the sector
  • Maintain an active LinkedIn presence
  • Identifying and developing new client/business relationships
  • Writing job adverts/keeping internal CRM updated at all times
  • Provide CV, interview and general career advice to candidates
  • Act as an ambassador for the company at all time and take a keen interest in developing the brand and wider team
  • Provide knowledge sharing and ideas across the wider team

Key Skills/Requirements:

  • A passion for the architecture and design industry and a strong understanding of the market
  • Previous sales or recruitment experience advantageous
  • Confident, friendly, and articulate in your approach
  • Driven, motivated with a ‘can do’, positive attitude
  • You will be a team player who champions the brand and team
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Proactive and self-motivated with a strong drive to succeed
  • A collaborative mindset with a positive and solutions-oriented attitude
  • Ability to manage multiple roles and projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Genuine, fun, good sense of humour
  • Works with integrity and a relationship-based approach
