Associate (Interior Design + Hospitality)

The Role:

Our client – an international, luxury, design led studio are looking for an innovative and creative Associate with prior hospitality experience and strong managerial experience to join their collaborative team in London.

Within the role, you would be the main port of call for clients and the studio’s external network as well as being responsible for the coordination of the internal team. Focusing on high end hospitality projects, previous experience in the field is essential with a passion for luxury design and interior architecture.

Key Responsibilities:

• Creative and project management responsibilities as well as the coordination of design documentation with the internal team
• Lead the research and concept development of projects
• Lead several aspects alongside the FF& E team
• Act as the main point of contact for direct liaison with clients, consultants and contracts on the conceptual to delivery stages of the projects
• Ensure that the team is working efficiency in conjunction with the Senior Designer project management
• Responsible for supporting and mentioning the team

Key Skills:

• Experience in a similar role within high-end hospitality
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe and Microsoft Office is essential
• Knowledge of Rhino and 3DS Max is advantageous
• Excellent attention to detail
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Work well under pressure whilst supporting the wider team
