Bid Manager (Prestigious Architecture Practice)
About The Role:
One of the most prestigious and highly reputable architecture practices in the UK is looking for a driven Bid Manager to join their welcoming office in London.
Reporting directly to the Partners, you will work within a small team of collaborative and friendly bids and communications professionals. With the support of skilled graphic designers, you will lead the successful delivery of compelling bid submissions for a large, multi-award-winning practice.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the preparation of high-quality bid documents and submissions
- Compose compelling copy and design visuals for bid responses
- Maintain a comprehensive bid library with relevant documents and communication materials in InDesign and PowerPoint
- Conduct research and create marketing materials to support new business acquisition
- Support the design and update of brochures, white papers, presentations, and publications
- Compile and distribute PDFs of key market press and intelligence to the management team
Key Skills/Requirements:
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite crucial
- Proficiency in MS Excel is desirable
- Confident working both independently and within a team
- Confident taking initiative
- Keen genuine interest in architecture and the built environment
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Efficient in information reporting using spreadsheets and databases
- Ability to work alongside multiple team members and have a self-starter, team focused attitude
