Bid Specialist

The Role:

A sought after, global architecture and design company are looking for a Bid Specialist to join their workplace interiors team in the London Studio.

The ideal person for this role will be a creative, motivated and highly collaborative individual with at least 4+ years’ experience working within bids, proposals and presentations within the built environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Working within the bids team – participating on bid strategy and planning
• Work with senior leadership teams and other bid and marketing team members to design, write and produce proposals, presentations and other marketing collateral in alignment with brand guidelines
• Develop new materials to support business development activities, with an emphasis on graphic design capabilities
• Learn and understands the companies portfolio of work, practice areas, and capabilities
• Maintain bid collateral, resources and information systems
• Perform multiple bid efforts against rapid deadlines
• Work closely with bid and marketing team members to complete special projects

Key Skills:

• 4+ years proven experience in a similar role
• Ability to lead BD conversations with confidence
• Creative and impactful graphic design skills
• Strong organisational skills
• Excellent InDesign a must
• Proficiency in Microsoft office
