Bids Coordinator
The Role:
An highly-recognised architecture practice is looking for an organised and engaging Bid Coordinator to join their friendly London office.
Within this role, you’ll be supporting the Bid Managers and wider teams to ensure high level content and effective task delivery.
This is a perfect opportunity for an early-career professional with previous experience, looking to progress and learn within a business context of architecture and design. You will be learning alongside an ambitious and supportive team while gaining refined career experience within an innovate and sought-after company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with architects, consultants and in-house teams to deliver tasks efficiently
- Support bids team with outgoing bids and create bid documents
- Regularly updating the CV library
- Coordinate bid content into the image library
- Work closely with the copywriting team
- Update bid stage/progress changes in the internal system
- Keep on top of updates and communicate changes
Key Skills:
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite crucial
- Proficiency in MS Excel is desirable
- Confident working both independently and within a team
- Creative, adaptable, and proactive mindset
- Comfortable taking initiative
- Keen interest in architecture and/or urban design
- Previous experience with coordinating information and working to tight deadlines
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Efficient in information reporting using spreadsheets and databases
- Ability to work alongside multiple team members and have a self-starter, team-focused attitude
