BIM Technicians

About The Role:

The Crowd are working with a global, multi-disciplinary practice known for delivering large-scale complex projects that are seeking BIM Technicians to join their team.

The positions are initially on an hourly rate, contract basis with potential to lead to a permanent position. Immediate start.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience delivering healthcare and life science projects and worked in an architecture focused BIM team within a leading practice. You will collaborate closely with project teams to shape workflows, set up project models, and ensure the highest standards of coordination and quality throughout.

Key Responsibilities:

• Aide the digital design within a project team
• Assist the team with Revit support
• Collaborate with project teams to develop workflows and BIM set up
• Assist with developing practice and project standards
• Carry out project reviews
• Production of Revit models and technical packages

Key Skills/Requirements:

• Experienced BIM Technician
• Expert Revit and Navisworks knowledge
• Experience delivering large scale architecture schemes
• Advanced experience in digital software plug in such as Rhino and Grasshopper
• Strong communication skills
