Contract Manager (Super-Prime)
About The Role:
The Crowd are working with an artistic landscape design company known for their refined and decadent approach in the super prime residential space. They’re looking for an experienced, knowledgeable and consultative Contract Manager to join their design-led team.
On a day-to-day basis, you will work closely with UHNWIs overseeing the project operations of large, intricate luxury landscape design projects, ensuring high standards are maintained throughout and ensuring the successful and timely delivery. You will be responsible for tracking project progress and providing project reporting to the directors and clients, therefore the successful candidate must be polished and personable in their approach, with previous experience in a client facing role in the luxury space.

Key Responsibilities:
- Run the day-to-day operations of super prime landscape projects
- Promote a positive and effective work ethic amongst the team
- Manage high-quality project plans ensuring timeliness
- Set out monthly reports to track progress and manage materials on site
- Manage and harness client relationships
- Manage calmly and efficiently and projects issues where required
- Execute projects in required times tracking records throughout
- Provide detailed reports on deadlines and performances for directors to review and monitor so they can feed back
- Use various software types to streamline project tasks
- Show willingness to learn and take on new tasks in a state-of-the-art environment
Key Skills/Requirements:
- Previous experience dealing with HNWIs is required
- Previous experience in the landscape design space
- Highly organised and efficient individual
- Confident and friendly personality
- Excellent communication skills
- Harnesses high standards in the workplace
- Strong Excel, MS Projects, MS Office skills
- Ideally 10 years experience working in landscaping in the luxury market
- CSCS card and SSSTS or SMSTS
