Located in their southwest London studio, you will play a pivotal role in driving the design process, ensuring the smooth execution of tasks and activities across the team and wider stakeholders. This position requires strong collaboration skills, as you will be responsible for organising the team, monitoring progress, and maintaining the highest standards during RIBA Stages 0-4.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with clients to understand their project requirements
• Report to the Design Manager with project schedules and task plans
• Facilitate efficient communication between the design team and clients
• Utilise project management tools to track progress
• Maintain high standards of work and review quality to identify areas for improvement
• Work with stakeholders to resolve design challenges and implement smooth solutions

Key Skills/Requirements:

• Previous experience in a design coordination role
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent organisational abilities
• Proven ability to manage and meet deadlines
• Degree in Architecture or Project Management is preferred
