Digital & Social Media Coordinator

The Role:

A successful mid-sized architecture studio is seeking a Digital & Social Media Coordinator to join their friendly team.

In this role you will work alongside an external agency and the internal team members to develop and implement the digital content strategy for the business. Key Responsibilities: 

  • Develop and implement digital marketing strategies for the business via social media posts, website branding, SEOs, display ads, email marketing, etc.
  • Plan, develop and implement social media strategy
  • Develop brand awareness and create inbound traffic across all social channels
  • Create marketing material such as blog posts, newsletters, website project updates, digital brochures, client books, etc. to further attract new business and PR
  • Manage PR campaigns on all channels with additional support from external PR company
  • Manage budgets for social media/campaigns
  • Write and QC copy, creating continuity/following brand guidelines across written marketing collateral and maintaining tone of voice
  • Liaise with suppliers across graphic design and website design as needed
  • Work with graphic designer and external parties (such as film makers) to create compelling digital content
  • Track marketing campaigns across analytical software such as Google Analytics
  • Create monthly/annual summaries of website and social platform statistics and competitor analysis
  • Create and manage monthly newsletters
  • Manage relevant contacts keeping CRM database up to date

Key Skills:  

  • Enthusiasm for and experience of creating intelligent, exciting content for social media platforms (Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram et
  • Familiarity with content automation, scheduling and reporting platforms
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Self-starter with the ability to work autonomously as well as within a team
  • Strong commercial awareness of the market and it’s social media trends
  • Team player and driven
