Hospitality Manager

The Role:

We are working with a highly desirable and creative international architecture practice, famed for their state-of-the-art projects across the globe. They are currently seeking a Hospitality Manager to join their London team.

In this varied role you will be responsible for ensuring the immaculate presentation of the practice’s space and will ensure a warm welcome and high-level customer service is received by all visiting guests. The position will work across various teams and will be key to pulling together the practice to ensure smooth operations are had, and meetings and events are taken care of in an efficient and timely manner.

The ideal person for this role will have experience in a hospitality position within a creative environment and will exude positivity, warmth and will take pride in ensuring high standards are met!

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure impeccable presentation of the practice and greeting area
• Lead exceptional service across front of house and housekeeping teams
• Efficiently set up and maintain meeting rooms
• Coordinate with the facilities team for proper facility use/operations
• Manage procurement budget for office supplies and events
• Provide suggestions for the catering and setup of events and meetings
• Collaborate closely with senior management to organise exceptional studio events
• Oversee and organise various events, including client meetings, presentations, and public talks
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices

Key Skills:

• Previous experience working in hospitality or creative industry within a similar role
• Demonstrated success in delivering top-tier customer service
• Exceptional organisational skills
• Meticulous attention to detail
• Possesses natural leadership, blending charisma with discretion
