HR and Inclusion Coordinator

The Role:

An ethical and socially responsible architectural practice are seeking a positive and mindful HR and Inclusion Coordinator to join their team in London. This role will work closely with the People Manager to provide a comprehensive, employee-focused service that supports all aspects of employee relationships and engagement throughout the company.

As the HR and Inclusion Coordinator, you will play a hands-on role in ensuring the efficient administration and coordination of various people-related practices. You will harness your interpersonal and communication skills, combined with the ability to foster positive connections across all levels of the organisation with care and sensitivity, to succeed within this position.

This role is fast-paced and requires an individual with excellent administrative capabilities, who can remain calm and maintain a positive demeanour when under pressure. Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the company’s recruitment cycle preparing offer letters, contracts and conduct pre-employment checks
  • Ensure the onboarding process is managed efficiently including carrying out inductions
  • Manage leavers
  • Monitor job applications, advertisements, schedule interviews and conduct competency tests
  • Track candidate data and collect feedback
  • Organise personnel files, induction booklets, ensuring HR related documents and templates are accurately maintained
  • Assist with learning and development
  • Administer probation and self-assessments
  • Assist with appraisals, remote assessments and performance management
  • Provide advice and HR administrative support to the wider team

Key Skills:

  • Previous experience working within an administrative/HR coordination role
  • A confident communicator with a meticulous and organised approach
  • Proficient in using HR databases and systems
  • Assertive problem solver and decision maker
  • Highly conscious of confidentiality and compliance
  • Proficient in using software and tools such as MS Office (Excel, Word), HR systems and digital communication channels
  • Proactive with a ‘can-do’ attitude
