HR Coordinator

The Role:

Our client who is a global leader in their field are seeking an HR Coordinator to join their growing Operations team. At the forefront of innovative architecture, our client continues to garner international attention for their vast portfolio of award-winning projects.

This is an exciting opportunity to gain experience in an HR position and is ideal for a junior candidate who is motivated to learn and develop their skills. This position reports to the HR Manager and will act as a hub of information for the entire office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide support to the HR Manager and other members of the Operations Team
  • Oversee monthly audit of invoicing related to benefits
  • Process benefit-related needs such as enrollment, claims, and questions about insurance
  • Contribute to internal recruitment needs such as scheduling and coordinating interviews
  • Oversee logging of PTO of all staff members and ensure that timesheets are accurate and up-to-date
  • Enter and manage all data related to employee records such as benefits, payroll and other sensitive information
  • Contribute to other HR tasks as needed

Key Skills:

  • 1-3 years of experience in an HR or related role
  • Is familiar with Microsoft Office, specifically with Outlook, Word and Excel
  • Is highly detail-oriented and organized
  • Can maintain great accuracy in data entry
  • Works well autonomously
  • Has good judgment in prioritizing tasks and when to complete work with urgency
  • Has a desire to work in a creative environment
