Interior Architect

The Role:

We are working with an award-winning architecture and design studio based in NYC whose projects span the corporate, cultural, academic, retail and hospitality sectors. They are seeking a Revit-savvy Interior Architect to join their interiors team to work on incredible projects with their talented and inclusive team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contribute and occasionally lead on all project phases
  • Work on numerous projects at a time across various commercial design sectors
  • Create design documentation for complex interior millwork and other elements
  • Provide project management support when needed
  • Collaborate with the studio director and other team members
  • Redlining drawings
  • Attend meetings with clients and consultant
  • Contribute to 3D models and rendering when needed
  • Participate in assembling design presentation decks

Key Skills & Requirements:

  • A degree in Architecture, Interior Architecture or Interior Design
  • Fluency in Revit is required for this role
  • Proficiency in Rhino and Adobe CS
  • Intermediate level experience on commercial interiors projects
  • Strong documentation and detailing skills
  • Proven experience working on all project phases from SD-CA
  • Existing vendor relationships and knowledge of a wide range of contract materials
  • Strong presentation experience and skills
