Key Responsibilities:

• Contribute to the full scope of design concepts for projects interiors
• Prepare detailed designs and finishes for presentations and contract documentation
• Working closely with interiors teams, contributing to the development and execution of design concepts
• Design concepts, select color schemes, assemble mood boards, and curate imagery for client presentations
• FF&E and procurement responsibility
• Engage with clients, consultants, and vendors to gather and address project requirements

Key Skills/Requirements:

• Minimum of 7 years as an architect specializing in interiors
• Strong background across all design stages
• Prior experience working across cultural, exhibition, educational, institutional focused projects
• Comprehensive experience in drafting and documenting interior architectural designs
• Proficiency in integrating physical and conceptual elements with the overall building design
• High proficiency in 3D rendering software including Rhino, Revit, and AutoCAD
• Demonstrated excellence in graphic, verbal, and written communication
