The Crowd have partnered with a renowned interior design firm in New York that are seeking an experienced Interior Design Project Manager to manage the successful delivery of high-end residential projects.

This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate designer who thrives in a collaborative environment and is eager to lead projects from concept through to completion within an exceptional studio.

As the Project Manager you will serve as the main point of contact for clients, guiding them through the design process and ensuring their vision is brought to life. Your role will involve managing timelines, coordinating with vendors, and overseeing installations while collaborating closely with our creative team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead luxury residential projects from conception to completion
• Act as the primary liaison for clients, ensuring effective communication and satisfaction
• Coordinate design meetings, workroom visits, and vendor interactions
• Manage project timelines and ensure deadlines are met
• Source and select premium fabrics and materials for design schemes
• Oversee work orders, purchase orders, and project budgets

Key Skills/Requirements:

• 7+ years of professional experience in luxury residential interior design
• Bachelor’s degree in interior design, architecture, or a related field
• Excellent interpersonal skills for building and maintaining client and vendor relationships
• Availability for local travel as needed for job site visits and installations
