Interior Designer – FF&E Specialist
About the Role:
An iconic, boutique design studio specializing in luxury high-end residential, hospitality, and commercial projects is seeking a talented Interior Designer with expertise in FF&E to join its talented and successful team.
As an Interior Designer, you will play a pivotal role in leading projects from concept through completion, with a focus on the sourcing, specification, and installation of FF&E. You will work closely with clients, contractors, and the design team to deliver sophisticated, high-end design solutions tailored to each project’s unique needs.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead FF&E design and specification for high-end residential, hospitality, and commercial projects
- Collaborate with architects, contractors, and internal teams to ensure cohesive design execution
- Source, select, and specify luxury furniture, fixtures, and materials that align with project goals and budgets
- Prepare and present detailed FF&E schedules, mood boards, and presentations
- Oversee the procurement and installation of FF&E, ensuring quality and design integrity
- Manage project timelines and budgets, ensuring all FF&E elements are delivered on time and to the highest standards
Key Skills/Requirements:
- 7+ years of professional experience in interior design, with a focus on FF&E for high-end projects
- Proven track record in delivering luxury residential, hospitality, or commercial projects
- Strong knowledge of FF&E sourcing, custom furniture design, and luxury brands
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and other relevant design software
- Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or a related field
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong communication and client relationship-building skills
