Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate on the design and development of hospitality-focused projects, ensuring alignment with client goals
  • Create detailed drawings and technical documentation using Revit (proficiency required)
  • Support project teams with 3D modeling and visualization, preferably using SketchUp or Rhino
  • Participate in client meetings, presentations, and design reviews
  • Coordinate with consultants and contractors to ensure smooth project execution
  • Conduct research on materials, trends, and sustainable design practices

Key Skills/Requirements:

  • 3–6 years of professional experience in architectural design, ideally with hospitality projects
  • Proficiency in Revit is a must; experience with SketchUp and Rhino is preferred
  • A degree in architecture or a related field; working toward licensure is a plus
  • Strong design sensibility with excellent attention to detail
  • Knowledge of New York City building codes and regulatory standards
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills
