Intermediate Interior Designer (High-End Residential)

A renowned international interior design firm, distinguished for its ability to incorporate traditional design elements through a contemporary perspective, is seeking an Intermediate Interior Designer to join its esteemed team.

This role offers the opportunity to work extensively within the luxury residential sector, overseeing projects from initial concept to final execution, ensuring exceptional design quality and meticulous attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate and contribute to all phases of high-end residential projects, from schematic Design (SD) through project completion (CA).
• Develop and prepare detailed technical documentation, including space planning, lighting, and comprehensive plan layouts
• Produce FF&E specification packages, including bespoke custom millwork designs
• Generate initial design sketches and utilize advanced CAD software to create 3D visualizations of floor plans, elevations, and building facades
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and vendors to ensure seamless project execution and adherence to design intent
• Present design concepts and progress to clients and stakeholders, ensuring alignment with project goals

Key Skills/Requirements:

• 4+ years of interior design experience, preferably within the high-end and luxury residential sector
• Proficiency in industry-standard design software, including AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp and other 3D modeling tools
• Ability to balance both technical and creative design skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, capable of presenting ideas clearly and building strong client relationships
• Proven ability to oversee multiple complex projects simultaneously, balancing creative vision with practical execution
