Intermediate Interior Designer – Residential Projects

The Role:

Garnering international acclaim for their captivating residential and hospitality projects, this boutique interior design firm is growing with a robust client base and a busy project pipeline for 2023. They are looking for an innovative Intermediate Interior Designer to contribute to luxury residential projects across North America.

This is an exciting chance to explore and push the creative boundaries of interior space while working with an inclusive and fun group of designers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Be deeply involved in all design phases including attending the site and meeting directly with the client
• Create and review documentation drawings of design details and FF&E
• Contribute to project management needs such as project scheduling
• Good familiarity with interior materials including general pricing, their applications and relevant qualities
• Create material palettes and presentation decks
• Work closely with manufacturers, fabricators and vendors
• Participate in the procurement process on certain projects

Key Skills:

• A degree in Architecture, Interior Architecture or Interior Design
• Strong skills in CAD, SketchUp and AdobeCS
• Experience using Enscape would be a plus
• Applicable experience working on high-end residential or hospitality projects
• Experience with design documentation and detailing
• Proven experience working on all project phases from concept – CA
• Comfortable coordinating with vendors, consultants and other external team members
• Strong presentation experience and skills
