Knowledge Systems Analyst

The Role:

Our client, a highly influential and international architecture practice in London, is seeking a passionate and self-motivated Knowledge System Analyst to join their team. The Knowledge Management Team’s focus is to develop, share and transfer knowledge to enable the practice’s advancement.

The ideal candidate would have a natural passion for technology and data, eager to enhance their knowledge in supporting and empowering all employees in the practice’s current and future digital strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist as the first point of contact for all enterprises, businesses, collaborations and learning system
  • Manage any system upgrade and user interface changes, and users’ training
  • Expect to work with Deltek PI, Sage 200, Yellowfin, OpenAsset, Cascade HR, Udemy for business, Office365, and Microsoft Power Platform.
  • Assist the Software Support Team with users’ technical queries
  • Work with experts on various subject in organising material and training courses
  • Work with the internal IT Teams with hardware, system licensing renewal and other requirements.
  • Ensure data quality across all business reporting pipelines
  • Create dashboards, reports, and visualisations that provide actionable insight to teams

Key Skills:

  • Experience in a similar role and Business Analyses/ Change Management in a creative industry
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience with Office 365 and Microsoft Power Platform
  • Experience with SQL and similar querying languages
  • Analytical mindset with problem-solving and fast thinking skills
  • Ability to build strong professional relationships
