Marketing/Communications Coordinator
The Role:
A rare opportunity to join one of the most iconic and highly desirable international architectural practices has arisen, they are looking for a Marketing / Communications Coordinator to join their supportive team.
Within this role, you will support the marketing and communications team with internal and external events and conference organisation, handle the submission of award entries, prepare brochures and marketing collateral, writing copy and more. Previous experience in a marketing or events team in the built environment is essential.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage organisation memberships and renewals
- Identify and research new membership opportunities
- Arrange and assist with planning internal and external events
- Compile lists of upcoming conferences in the industry
- Manage award entries and practice publications
- Coordinate brand films with the Head of Communications
- Support architects in writing marketing pieces
- Prepare and help produce marketing collateral, brochures and copy
- Provide general support to the marketing and communications team
Key Skills:
- Previous experience in a marketing/communications/events team in the design/architecture/built environment
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Excellent IT skills, specifically InDesign, Photoshop, Microsoft Office
- Project management capabilities
- Effective at managing diverse workloads and meeting deadlines
- High accuracy, strong organisation, and multitasking skills
- Confident and collaborative project approach
- Passionate about the design/architecture/built environment
