Marketing Manager

The Role:

Our client, an established and internationally recognised interior and architecture design practice, are looking for an experienced and confident Marketing Manager to join their collaborative team in west London.

Within this role, you will take ownership of the marketing function to ensure the successful creation and maintenance of the company’s brand identity. You will manage two direct reports and will work closely with the leadership team to support on bids and new business development. The ideal candidate will be proactive and curious, have previous marketing experience within the design space, and be a strong and supportive leader with an ability to think both creatively and strategically.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, develop & implement strategic marketing initiatives
• Collaborate with leadership team on new business development
• Carry out market and industry analytics, and report on findings
• Curate content and ensure consistent brand identity across all collateral
• Provide Adobe CC support to teams
• Analyse marketing ROI and oversee bid management
• Maintain comprehensive databases and CRM systems, identifying and generating new business leads
• Lead, support, and mentor team members
• Oversee events and act as a company ambassador
• Manage relationships with all internal & external contacts (colleagues, contractors & clients)
• Maintain transparent communication channels with leadership

Key Skills:

• Significant marketing experience within the design space
• Advanced proficiency in InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop
• Skilled in digital marketing, social media, and PR
• Experience with CMS and CRM systems
• Proactive problem solver with the ability to meet tight deadlines and delegate where necessary
• Reliable, hard-working, and adaptable nature
