Marketing Manager

The Role:

We are working with a leading, mid-sized design engineering company that collaborate with well-known architects on high profile projects. They are seeking a dynamic and collaborative Marketing Manager to join their small marketing team.

This is a key position in the company, working alongside the company directors, and being responsible for developing and delivering the company’s marketing strategy. The ideal candidate will be from the design/built environment industry and will have excellent communication skills with a commercial mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

• Devise plans and strategies to raise the company’s profile and brand visibility
• Develop and implement impactful marketing campaigns
• Prepare award submission materials
• Manage the company’s marketing budget and spends
• Managing and updating the company’s existing marketing materials and collateral
• Work collaboratively with the directors, bids/graphics and commercial employees to ensure the company has a strong, visible presence in the industry
• Coordinate the website, social channels, newsfeeds and updates
• Coordinate conferences and events; both internal and external
• Bring forward any ideas and be a main point of contact for the marketing team

Key Skills:

• Previous experience in a similar role in the built environment is essential
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with an excellent eye for detail
• A keen eye for graphics
• Collaborative, proactive and able to manage deadlines
• Confident with taking initiative and bringing ideas forward
• Proficient in MS Office and InDesign
