Membership Sales Executive

The Role:

Our client, a workspace and cultural venue space based in London and the US, are seeking a Membership Sales Executive to join their ambitious team. The company’s mission is to support entrepreneurship and creativity which is inspired within their biophilic designed spaces. The company have a passion for supporting small local community projects and place social progression at the heart of their values.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain existing memberships and manage new leads
  • Maintain the client database and make sure all contacts and leads are up to date
  • Arrange and manage viewings and tours for potential new members
  • Explain the company’s policies and procedures to members in detail
  • Maintain deadlines and communicate regularly with the team about contractual issues
  • Maximise sales using innovative and creative ideas
  • Community engagement by attending local networking events
  • Industry knowledge and research

Key Skills:

  • 2-4 years’ experience in sales
  • Client oriented
  • Passionate about community projects
  • Demonstrate integrity, curiosity, self-awareness, strong work ethic, and empathy
  • Ability to establish and nurture high level relationships
  • Great presentation and communication skills
  • Attention for detail.
  • Self-driven, able to manage own time autonomously
  • Passion and understanding for the company’s mission and values
  • B2B and commercial real estate or coworking industry is desirable
