Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and support the design and documentation of educational projects across all phases
  • Collaborate with clients, consultants, and project teams to shape design solutions that balance vision with functionality
  • Produce high-quality documentation and visualizations using Revit, AutoCAD, and other tools
  • Participate in project coordination, ensuring deadlines and deliverables are met
  • Present ideas clearly and confidently in client meetings and internal design reviews
  • Manage multiple active projects with a high level of organization and ownership

Key Skills/Requirements:

  • 5–8 years of architectural experience, ideally with a strong background in education projects
  • Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD; knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, SketchUp, or Enscape is a plus
  • Deep understanding of the design and operational needs of educational environments
  • Strong communication and presentation skills; comfortable in client-facing settings
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative studio culture
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture; licensure a plus but not required
