Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and support the design and documentation of educational projects across all phases
- Collaborate with clients, consultants, and project teams to shape design solutions that balance vision with functionality
- Produce high-quality documentation and visualizations using Revit, AutoCAD, and other tools
- Participate in project coordination, ensuring deadlines and deliverables are met
- Present ideas clearly and confidently in client meetings and internal design reviews
- Manage multiple active projects with a high level of organization and ownership
Key Skills/Requirements:
- 5–8 years of architectural experience, ideally with a strong background in education projects
- Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD; knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, SketchUp, or Enscape is a plus
- Deep understanding of the design and operational needs of educational environments
- Strong communication and presentation skills; comfortable in client-facing settings
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative studio culture
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture; licensure a plus but not required
