Mid-Level Architects

The Role:

Having defined an era of architecture, this international design practice has an immense presence around the world. They are seeking a Mid-level Architect to join their established team to contribute to conceptually explorative commercial projects.

This is a great opportunity to propel your career and further develop well-rounded design and documentation skills with a revered studio.

Key Responsibilities:

• Be heavily involved in all design phases on an array of commercial projects including, but not limited to, cultural, retail, office spaces and masterplanning
• Explore design concepts with your team through illustrative and digital ideation
• Produce design documentation to translate design intent
• Be involved in project management duties such as project scheduling, consultant correspondence and drawing review
• Utilize 3D modelling and rendering to communicate design intent

Key Skills:

• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture
• Excellent CAD and Rhino skills
• Strong Adobe CS skills
• Experience with other modelling programs such as 3DS Max would be considered an asset for this role
• Great graphic communication skills
• Commercial project experience is essential to this position
• A narrative-driven architect with strong concept development skills
