Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and contribute to the design of educational environments, ensuring both creativity and functionality
- Collaborate with clients, consultants, and project teams to develop and refine architectural solutions
- Utilize Revit, AutoCAD, and other design software to produce high-quality drawings and presentations
- Participate in project coordination, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met efficiently
- Engage in client-facing interactions, articulating design concepts and building strong professional relationships
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, maintaining a high level of organization and attention to detail
Key Skills/Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in architectural design, with a strong preference for projects in the education sector
- Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and design visualization tools
- Strong understanding of the design and planning considerations specific to educational spaces
- Excellent communication and client relationship management skills
- Ability to work both collaboratively within a team and independently when needed
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
