Mid-Weight F&B Designer

About The Role:

Our client, a global design studio recognised for delivering highly crafted, experience-led interiors, is seeking an Mid-Weight F&B Designer to join their collaborative team. Working across both small stand-alone projects and distinct phases of large, complex schemes, this role offers the opportunity to contribute to design concepts, technical development, and presentation work across a range of hospitality and luxury environments.

You will support senior designers in bringing ideas to life through detailed drawings, FF&E selections, material palettes, rendered plans, and presentation materials. The ideal candidate will bring strong design sensibility and confidence working across multiple stages of the design process. This is a fantastic opportunity for a designer with 4+ years’ experience looking to grow within a creative, supportive, and internationally recognised studio.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in developing innovative design concepts, ensuring solutions are functional, aesthetic, and aligned with project intent
  • Produce 2D and 3D drawings, rendered plans, elevations, and presentation materials
  • Support FF&E selection
  • Contribute to design development and schematic phases, preparing and updating project documents.
  • Assist with sourcing, bidding, and subcontractor procurement for materials and furnishings
  • Mentor junior team members where needed and maintain a high standard of client service

Key Skills / Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field
  • 4+ years’ experience working on interior design projects, ideally in hospitality or luxury sectors
  • Previous experience working In luxury F&B is a must
  • Strong skills across AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, SketchUp and MS Office; some Revit exposure preferred
  • Ability to produce clear design drawings, hand sketches, renderings and presentation graphics
  • Knowledge of building regulations and technical compliance
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage deadlines across multiple projects.
  • Clear communicator with strong presentation and interpersonal skills
  • Collaborative team player with a proactive, solutions-focused approach
