As the Mid-Weight Design Manager, you will collaborate closely with the Director and Senior Design Manager, playing an integral role in shaping the creative direction and delivery of notable architectural projects. Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with overseeing and coordinating design processes from initial concepts to final delivery, ensuring alignment with client goals and project requirements
• Support the efficient allocation of team resources and track project timelines and budgets effectively
• Collaborate with senior team members to maintain the studio’s commitment to excellence and innovation
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, offering excellent service to support successful project outcomes
• Prepare design briefs, presentations, and other communications, ensuring clarity and professionalism in all client-facing outputs
• Ensure quality control and adherence to design standards while complying with building regulations and codes

Key Skills/Requirements:

• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture, Design, or a related field
• 4+ years of experience in architectural design, project coordination, or design management roles
• A strong interest in developing skills in design management and leadership
• Good understanding or architectural processes through concept to construction stages
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills with a proactive and collaborative attitude
• Experience with large UK-based and / or international architectural projects is advantageous
• Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD is a plus for the role
• A solid understanding of building regulations, codes and technical aspects with a desire to continue learning
