New Business Coordinator
The Role:
One of the UKs most highly awarded and internationally acclaimed architects are looking for a New Business Coordinator to join their small collaborative team in their north London studio.
The ideal person for this role will have strong editorial skills, excellent graphic design skills and at least 3 years’ experience in a similar role researching, identifying new business opportunities and managing the bid process within the built environment. You will be joining a highly collaborative team committed to excellence in design, sustainability, inclusivity and creative client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Research and identify new business opportunities
- Monitor online procurement portals
- Prepare expressions of interest, RFPs, and presentations
- Monitor bids and obtain feedback
- Manage and improve bid documentation including project sheets and staff CVs
- Create and manage graphic material including presentations, brochures and award submissions
- Manage and enhance the company website
Key Skills:
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role within the built environment
- Graphic skills (InDesign)
- Excellent writing skills
- Experience in event management and networking
- Ability to prioritise, work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Experience delivering high quality campaigns
