PA & Practice Administrator
About The Role:
Our client, a highly sought-after architecture practice, known for their unique, modern architecture are looking for a proactive and confident PA & Practice Administrator to join their friendly and dynamic team in NW London on a temporary contract basis. This position would be starting in early September and finish at the end of December.
Within this role, you will predominantly provide PA support to the founder, including diary and meeting management, handle travel bookings, and attend meetings with him. Additionally, you will provide reception and administrative support to the practice and work closely with the Practice Manager to ensure the smooth running of its day to day functions. The ideal candidate will be adaptable, confident, and able to think on their feet.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with financial, office management, and HR tasks
- Arrange travel and manage the Director’s diary
- Support the Management Team as needed
- Assist with marketing materials and PR administration
- Handle RSVPs and PR queries
- Provide information to magazines and websites
- Perform reception duties and maintain office tidiness
- Prepare meeting areas and refreshments
- Manage post, document preparation, and office supplies
- Organise lunches and snacks for events and meetings
- Provide general administrative support
- Collate IT issues for the IT Support Team
- Update website content and monitor the company’s email inbox
- Oversee office social events and general maintenance
Key Skills/Requirements:
- Previous experience in similar role
- Experience in scheduling and managing calendars
- Proficiency in booking travel and accommodation arrangements
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in office software (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Experience with Mac is beneficial
- Strong organisational skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and prioritise workload effectively
- Meticulous in managing tasks and resolving unexpected issues
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism
- Efficient in managing own time and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment
