Part II (Commercial and Residential)

About The Role:

A top tier, design-led architecture practice specialising in London-based commercial and residential projects are seeking a strong Part II or newly qualified Part III to work predominantly across stage 3+ on schemes a stone’s throw from their studio.

You will work within a small team assisting with projects through technical stages gaining great exposure to all aspects of the construction process.

This is a perfect opportunity for an individual with a creative portfolio who is happy to jump into a range of tasks on innovative projects within a thriving studio!

Key Responsibilities:

• Work with Project Lead to develop planning proposals
• Aid in delivery of packages through tender and construction stages
• Assist with presentations and contribute to design
• Assist with coordination with external consultants and wider architectural team

Key Skills:

• Part II or Newly Qualified Part III
• At least 2/3+ years of post-part II experience
• Experience using Revit
• Excellent communication and team working
• Exposure to design lead projects
• Experience on UK projects
• Knowledge of UK building regulations
