Part II/Part III (Revit)

The Role:

 A progressive architecture practice, renowned for their focus on the role of buildings and spaces fostering meaningful connections across the city, are currently in search of a Part II or Part III with proficiency in Revit to join their team in London. The practice is well known for their undertaking of projects of varying scales, ranging from bespoke residences to comprehensive urban initiatives, catering to both public and private sectors.

Within this role, you will be joining the practice and getting stuck in on a fantastic new housing project on later technical stages. You would be collaborating with the wider friendly team on projects in London that seek to transform the cultural grain of London.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate within a project team to develop technical production information and coordinate a new build housing development
  • Participate in design team, client, and consultant meetings when necessary
  • Oversee and execute detailed design and drawing packages, including specifications with the support of Lead Architects
  • Review, coordinate, and incorporate input from clients, project team members, and consultants with the help of the wider team
  • Manage communication and deadlines within the internal project team
  • Ensure thorough follow-up on arising actions

Key Skills:

  • Part II Architectural assistant or Part III with a proven technical design stage background
  • Highly proficient in detailing, with desirable experience in housing projects and site involvement
  • Advanced proficiency in Revit and experience in BIM settings, with experience in Vectorworks being beneficial.
  • Displays proactive autonomy, whether working independently or as a team member
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
