Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with Creative Directors to bring the project vision to life
• Develop innovative design solutions for major projects or multiple initiatives
• Organize key client presentations and workshops at important project stages
• Contributes to and reviews project fee structures
• Leads project teams, ensuring high-quality design and consistent execution
• Partners with the management team on business development initiatives
• Serve as the primary point of contact between the client and the team
• Work with the team to create a design strategy that aligns with the client’s goals
• Collaborate with the client to select and engage subconsultants
• Provide regular updates on project timelines and work plans to Project Managers

Key Skills/Requirements:

• 10+ years of experience within the architectural industry
• A graduate degree from a recognized and accredited institution
• Significant experience managing large-scale built projects within the cultural, public or exhibition sectors
• Highly creative, with a talent for producing innovative designs that push boundaries and challenge conventional thinking
• A collaborative leader who excels at guiding teams and fostering a cooperative environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, paired with an approachable and engaging demeanor
• Passionate about social and sustainable design, with a commitment to creating impactful solutions
