Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Creative Directors to bring the project vision to life
- Develop innovative design solutions for major projects or multiple initiatives
- Organise key client presentations and workshops at important project stages
- Contributes to and reviews project fee structures
- Leads project teams, ensuring high-quality design and consistent execution
- Partners with the management team on business development initiatives
- Serve as the primary point of contact between the client and the team
- Work with the team to create a design strategy that aligns with the client’s goals
- Collaborate with the client to select and engage subconsultants
- Provide regular updates on project timelines and work plans to Project Managers
Key Skills/Requirements:
- Significant experience managing large-scale built projects within the cultural, public or exhibition sectors
- Highly creative, with a talent for producing innovative designs that push boundaries and challenge conventional thinking
- A collaborative leader who excels at guiding teams and fostering a cooperative environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, paired with an approachable and engaging demeanor
- Passionate about social and sustainable design, with a commitment to creating impactful solutions
