PR Assistant
About The Role:
A highly sought-after and established architectural practice are currently seeking a PR Assistant to join their welcoming and social team in London.
Within this role you will support the in-house PR team with the implementation of the practice’s marketing and communications strategy, while also assisting on content creation (both written and graphic), responding to press enquiries, and assisting across award submissions. This would suit someone with previous experience in PR/Marketing within the built environment who has strong writing skills and proficient in Adobe Creative suite.

Working out of a beautiful office in South London, our client places a focus on providing a social and fun environment, and a host of additional benefits including weekly yoga classes and office trips. Please note, this role requires working 5 days a week in office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle press inquiries and supply necessary details
- Develop written and visual content for marketing materials
- Organise and execute events, both internal and external
- Manage databases, websites, CRM systems, and other external platforms
- Oversee memberships, subscriptions, and photography arrangements
- Create and schedule social media content
- Coordinate awards entries and submissions
Key Skills/Requirements:
- Prior experience in the built environment sector
- Strong communication abilities, both written and verbal
- A keen eye for detail and design
- Exceptional organisational skills and the capability to handle multiple projects efficiently
- Proficient in using InDesign, Photoshop, and Microsoft Office
- A genuine interest in architecture and design
