PR Coordinator
About The Role:
A highly sought-after and established architectural practice is currently seeking a PR Coordinator to join their wonderful team on a 12-month FTC starting January 2025.
Within this role, you will support the in-house PR team with the implementation of the practice’s marketing and communications strategy, while also identifying through leadership, public engagement opportunities and planning and coordinating both internal and external events. The ideal candidate will have previous PR & Marketing experience and strong writing skills.
This exciting opportunity offers a chance to develop your skills and make a significant impact by contributing to the overall PR endeavours of a top architecture practice. Working out of a beautiful office in South London, our client places a focus on providing a social and fun environment, and a host of additional benefits including weekly yoga classes and office trips. Please note, this role requires working 5 days a week in office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage & build strong relationships with the press by pitching ideas and supplying information
- Identify opportunities for thought leadership, speaking engagements, and other events
- Coordinate public engagement projects and initiatives
- Develop written and visual content for marketing materials
- Event management
- Manage internal databases and external platforms, including the website, CRM, and image library
- Schedule and submit award entries
- Oversee memberships and subscriptions
- Manage social media channels
Key Skills/Requirements:
- Relevant experience within the built environment sector
- Strong communication abilities, particularly in writing
- A keen eye for graphics and meticulous attention to detail
- Highly organised with a proven ability to juggle multiple projects efficiently
- Proficient in InDesign, Photoshop, and Microsoft Office
- Passionate about architecture and design
