Project Administrator

The Role:

A highly sought after, multi-award-winning design studio are looking for a Project Administrator to provide general and design-related admin support to their friendly and collaborative team.

Our client work on renowned architecture projects and are celebrated around the globe for their work which has received mass praise for their originality. In this role you will be working with the Associate Director in addition to the Project Team to ensure fluidity of work, therefore, the applicant needs to have organisation and attention to detail at the core of their work.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carrying out general administrative tasks for the department such as printing, stamping, scanning, distributing documents and drawings, dairy management, and ensuring deadlines are met
  • Booking and attending meetings, taking minutes in meetings, briefing staff before meetings, and ensuring actions from the meeting are implemented
  • Assist with the cataloguing, logging and tidying of the sample library after presentations
  • Assist with producing presentations
  • Assist the team with project workflow
  • Document control
  • Assisting the Associate Designer and wider team on any administrative tasks

Key Skills:

  • Minimum 2 years administrative experience
  • Diary management experience
  • Excellent organisational skills and meticulous with a keen eye for detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Experience in Adobe is preferred but not required
  • Ability to work to deadlines and prioritise workload
