Project Architect (Impact-Driven Design)

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, development, and execution of projects from concept to completion
• Collaborate with internal teams, consultants, and stakeholders to ensure design integrity and project success
• Develop construction drawings, technical documentation, and specifications in line with best practices and compliance requirements
• Ensure projects adhere to building codes, zoning regulations, and industry standards
• Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a culture of growth and knowledge-sharing

Key Skills/Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture
• 7+ years of experience in architectural design, ideally within institutional, healthcare, or large-scale commercial sectors
• Strong design sensibility with the ability to translate conceptual ideas into buildable solutions
• Expertise in building codes, zoning laws, and construction detailing
• Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, and experience with 3D modeling tools
• Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to manage teams and engage clients effectively
• Passion for sustainable and socially responsible design
