Project Control Coordinator
About The Role:
A prominent UK architecture practice is actively seeking a Project Control Coordinator to support with diverse infrastructure projects both in the UK and overseas, encompassing rail and aviation. You will work closely with senior team members to contribute towards a number of large-scale projects, assisting with document management, administration and project financials.
This broad and fulfilling position will involve hands on project coordination, implementing processes, working out upcoming project requirements, prioritising workloads, assisting with project performance by monitoring time, cost and quality. In addition you will working closely with the finance team to preparing invoices and allocated timesheets. The ideal candidate will have previous experience supporting project teams and will be proficient in project control software and have a strong background using Microsoft Excel to track project data.

Key Responsibilities:
- Implement processes and controls at various stages of a project timeline
- Working closely with the wider project control team to understand requirements
- Work with the team to coordinate annual leave and work prioritisation
- Support with project planning, scheduling, budgeting, performance tracking and status updates
- Lead on project change management process integrating them into the plan
- Set up applications for payment reports and invoices
- Process data via the Document Management System
- Working closely with subconsultants to assist with administration
- Assist with internal and external project audits
- Support the accounts team with project financials
Key Skills/Requirements:
- Previous experience in a project management/document control position within the architecture/design industry
- Excellent interpersonal skills, showing a flexible and proactive attitude
- Good numeracy and strong IT skills
- Strong proficiency in Excel
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience using Project Controls Software
- Good organisation
- Experience working in the architecture and design industries
