Project Development Executive
The Role:
A successful interior design company is seeking a driven Project Development Executive to join their team. The company specialises in refurbishment, interior design, home staging and furniture for high-end residential developers and private clients.
The project development team work alongside the sales team and focus on curating engaging bids and pitches as well as being involved in every aspect of the project including pricing and dealing with all departments across the company. Reporting to the Bid Manager, you will be responsible for managing new project and framework opportunities from initial brief through to contract stage, before handing over to operations.
This is a great opportunity for a commercially minded person with excellent communication skills and an interest in the design industry. It could suit someone from a variety of backgrounds such as project coordination, marketing, administration, or sales. Training will be provided. The company offer flexible working either in the office or from home, good benefits, and a social and fast-paced working environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Organise and chair cross functional project development meetings to agree timelines and objectives with Product, Interior Design and Sales teams
- Work with the Sales Lead to identify and exemplify the key winning factors of each bid
- Project manage the development of the bids to ensure quality and adherence to any competitive or commercial requirements
- Administer all project and framework pricing
- Raise and assist on managing any project risks
- Work directly with the client to ensure that their brief has been fully understood and met, actioning any change requests
