Project Manager (Experiential Design)

About The Role:

We’re working with a leading international experiential design studio who are looking for a freelance Project Manager with a background in interiors and immersive environments to join their team on a short-term project, with the potential for longer term.

The ideal candidate will have experience managing creative projects from concept through to delivery, with a focus on keeping timelines, budgets, and team coordination on track. Working closely with internal teams and external partners, you will act as the central point across architectural, digital, and design disciplines – ensuring everything stays aligned and runs smoothly. This is a client-facing role, so confidence in leading conversations and presenting updates is key.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the full lifecycle of creative projects, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
• Act as the key liaison between architectural, digital, and design teams to maintain alignment and momentum across all project phases
• Manage client communications, lead presentations, and provide regular progress updates in a clear and professional manner
• Coordinate workflows between internal and external stakeholders, fostering collaboration and resolving any issues actively
• Apply a strategic mindset to support the translation of creative concepts into structured, executable plans within immersive and spatial design contexts

Key Skills/Requirements:

• Proven track record in luxury interiors or brand experience delivery
• Familiar with design workflows, FF&E, production, and approvals
• Comfort managing hybrid creative/technical teams
• Confidence navigating ambiguity and evolving project scope
• Calm, solutions-first communicator
