Project Manager (Hospitality and Residential Projects)

About the Role:

A well-established design studio with a growing Miami presence is seeking a Project Manager to join their interiors team. Known for its thoughtful approach to design, the studio works across boutique hospitality, residential, and mixed-use projects that prioritize quality, creativity, and functionality.

This role is ideal for a skilled Project Manager with a strong foundation in interior architecture and a passion for delivering distinctive, design-led spaces. You’ll take the lead on a diverse range of projects, managing timelines, collaborating with consultants, and ensuring high standards are met throughout.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead projects through all phases, from concept through completion
• Coordinate drawing sets and procurement documentation with precision
• Manage schedules, budgets, and consultant coordination
• Represent the studio in client and contractor meetings
• Ensure design integrity is maintained throughout delivery
• Mentor junior designers and contribute to team-wide collaboration

Key Skills/Requirements:

• Background in interior architecture, architecture, or a related field
• Proven experience in hospitality and/or luxury residential projects
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills
• Strong knowledge of custom furniture, finishes, and FF&E
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Adobe Creative Suite; Revit and SketchUp a plus
• Highly organized, proactive, and confident, managing multiple workstreams
