Project Manager (Interiors)

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the full project lifecycle, from feasibility studies to construction administration
- Ensure design intent is maintained, coordinating between designers, contractors, and consultants
- Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and scope, ensuring smooth execution
- Prepare and coordinate interior design drawing packages, RFIs, and change orders
- Review construction documents for quality assurance and compliance with codes
- Conduct site visits and meetings, tracking progress and identifying potential challenges
- Lead value engineering discussions to balance budget and design integrity
- Act as the main client and consultant liaison, ensuring clear communication and issue resolution
Key Skills/Requirements:
- 4-6+ years of experience as a Project Manager within interior design
- Strong experience in hospitality and/or multi-residential projects preferred
- Proficiency in AutoCAD required (Revit and SketchUp beneficial)
- In-depth understanding of building codes, construction documentation, and project coordination
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to oversee multiple projects
- Experience managing client relationships, contractor coordination, and consultant communication
- Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or Architecture
- NCIDQ, LEED, or other certifications are a plus but not required
