Project Manager (Interiors)

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the full project lifecycle, from feasibility studies to construction administration
• Ensure design intent is maintained, coordinating between designers, contractors, and consultants
• Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and scope, ensuring smooth execution
• Prepare and coordinate interior design drawing packages, RFIs, and change orders
• Review construction documents for quality assurance and compliance with codes
• Conduct site visits and meetings, tracking progress and identifying potential challenges
• Lead value engineering discussions to balance budget and design integrity
• Act as the main client and consultant liaison, ensuring clear communication and issue resolution

Key Skills/Requirements:

• 4-6+ years of experience as a Project Manager within interior design
• Strong experience in hospitality and/or multi-residential projects preferred
• Proficiency in AutoCAD required (Revit and SketchUp beneficial)
• In-depth understanding of building codes, construction documentation, and project coordination
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to oversee multiple projects
• Experience managing client relationships, contractor coordination, and consultant communication
• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or Architecture
• NCIDQ, LEED, or other certifications are a plus but not required
