Sales Administrator (Luxury Product Design)
About The Role:
A leading name in the international luxury design space is looking for a Sales Administrator to join their team. Our client, an influential product design company whose clients span across the globe, are looking for an efficient administrator with experience in sales, ideally interior products to support with the order processing.
You will work within a small sales team to provide administrative support across all aspects of the sales process, from quotation through to delivery. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with excellent organisational and administration skills to develop their skills with a friendly and noteworthy business. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in a sales-focused administrative role and have a strong understanding of retail, trade, and wholesale design markets.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide efficient sales and order administration support including responding to enquiries, preparing quotes, invoices, and overseeing customer orders
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with dealers, partners, and clients through effective communication
- Coordinate closely with logistics and product development teams to ensure seamless operations
- Support sales initiatives and contribute to business development activities
- Provide sales support across various platforms including physical and online stores
- Other sales and operational support where needed
Key Skills/Requirements:
- Previous sales focused administrative experience
- A strong understanding of retail, trade, and wholesale design markets
- A background in high-end furniture/products
- Proficient in IT, with advanced numeracy and literacy skills
- Highly organised and efficient, with strong attention to detail and outstanding administrative skills
- Flexible, proactive, intuitive, with a dynamic work approach
