Sales Manager

The Role:

An international, luxury lighting and product design company are looking for a driven Sales Manager to join their successful team. Our client is a prestigious brand who are known for their high quality, unique designs and have an excellent and well-recognised name in the market.

They are looking for a personable salesperson with a strong understanding of the luxury lighting and furniture industry, with both trade and wholesale experience to help further their success in the commercial A&D market.

The business has a solid structure and foundation and have a supportive, friendly and commercially savvy team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute international sales and business development strategies focusing on trade and wholesale
  • Create strong and trusted client relationships with new and existing dealers and clients, communicating in-person and virtually
  • Manage the full sales process from initial inquiries and quotes through to completing sales and deliveries
  • Participate in international industry events, building new client relationships onsite whilst providing product knowledge to attendees

Key Skills:

  • Minimum two years B2B sales experience within the design industry
  • Proven success in sales, hitting and exceeding sales targets
  • Good understanding of the high-end commercial interior design market
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to create solid relationships with high-end clientele
  • Solid attention to detail and organisation
  • A personable, mature and enthusiastic mindset
